Preventive maintenance doesn’t mean checking your entire truck every day but rather it means that you will check some important parts from time to time. Among the parts that you should constantly check are its engine, power steering, lubricant presence on its wheel seals and transmission.

You should also check all belts like the engine belt, its radiator hoses, water, power, and air lines, and the transmission lines. Before driving out, always check your tires if they have enough pressure as well as its wheels and rims for any cracks.

Lastly, give your battery connections the attention it deserves and always test your lights especially if you are heading out in the forest where tall trees can make the area dark or it is too foggy.
