The Grand Vitara is not a very heavy car, therefore gasoline consumption is not so high. The line of new engines is different and offers people to choose from immediately three types of powertrain. "Grand Vitara" consumes from 10 to 15 liters per 100km, depending on the area of driving (city or highway). All units can be equipped with one of four-cylinder petrol engines, but their power is different. The first is with a engine of 1.6 liters which produces as much as 100 horsepower. The second - 2 liters and a capacity of 130 horsepower. Another power unit of 2.5 liters, it has more than 150 horsepower. Paired with these engines is one of the two proposed transmissions. The first is a four-speed manual gearbox. And the other is also a four-stage, but automatic gearbox.
