Automotive and Aerospace Applications for Nycote

Automotive and Aerospace Applications for Nycote

Nycote is a maker of high tech, anti corrosion coating for steel. They have been a world leader in their field of the anti-corrosion industry since the year 1956. Their patented, proprietary liquid nylon protection has proven to be a revolutionary game- changing barrier to friction, corrosion, and conductivity for highest technology applications such as aerospace industries.

They produce the Nycote, their modified liquid nylon formula that delivers highest level protection to go beyond every material limitation possible. This clearly fluid base was created and formulated to do away with pin holes. It also has the goal of developing an impervious barrier free of all voids that no rival materials or products can attain. The company's ultimate goal is to deliver the industry-leading product which surpasses the expectations and demands of all their clients' requirements and specs.

Aerospace Applications for Nycote

These branded products find use in numerous parts of aircraft. This includes brake rotors, aircraft parts and frames before they are painted, cabin seat connections, drain mast assemblies, center wing boxes, electrical circuit insulation, electrical fasteners, electrical grounding strap applications and connection installations, floor beams, flap track beams, fuel cells and fuel tanks (both fiberglass and metal), galleys and plumbing/lavatories, hydraulic cylinder systems and walls, passenger and cargo doors, labeling plates, interior of fuselage skins, instruction decals, landing gear, lavatories, lap joints, metal fasteners, Nose radom interior, nacelle, bolts and nuts, rivets, over other sealants to create an additional barrier, seams, rotary actuators, stair connections, undercarriages, threshold areas, wing flaps, uses for hydraulic systems, and the wire harness assembly.

Automotive Applications for Nycote

Nycote applications also help to protect highly sensitive parts in automobiles. This is crucial in such high moisture environments as instrumentation casing, automotive cabling, and corrosion prevention in fasteners. Among their components in cars where they are used are electrical circuit insulation, brake rotors, electrical connection insulation, parts and frames before they are painted, fasteners, front grills, labeling plates, grounding strap connections, undercarriages, and seals inside the surface of fuel tanks.

Nycote is a company whose products protect mission-critical materials and applications. When you need a coating that is guaranteed not to fail in extreme environments and under the harshest possible conditions, their products are the go-to ones in the high tech coating industry.
