PSA is continuing to electrify its vans. After the Opel Vivaro, Citroën Jumpy, Peugeot Expert and Traveler, it's the Citroën SpaceTourer's turn to become trendy by adopting a 100% electric engine. No big surprise, however. The Citroën ë-SpaceTourer van has the same characteristics as its cousin, the new Peugeot e-Traveler.
The Citroen e-SpaceTourer is built on the EMP2 platform and it has a 136 hp engine (260 Nm and 130 km / h at maximum speed), two types of batteries (50 or 75 kWh for the M and XL versions) for two ranges (230 and 330 km according to the WLTP cycle), three body lengths (XS: 4.60m, M: 4.95m and XL: 5.30m, and 1.90m high) to accommodate 6 to 9 people depending on the interior configuration and 4 trim levels ("Feel" and "Shine" for individuals, "Business" and "Business Lounge" for professionals).
At the same time, Citroën also announces three driving modes (Normal, Eco and Power).
Normal – 80 kW / 210 Nm. For the best equilibrium between range and dynamic performance
Eco – 60 kW / 190 Nm. Optimizes energy consumption by reducing the output of the heating and air-conditioning, without sealing them off completely, and by restricting motor torque and power
Power – 100 kW / 260Nm. Provides performance that intensifies the pleasure
