The Citroen e-SpaceTourer: A Versatile and Attractive Electric MPV for Professionals

Citroen e-SpaceTourer

If you are looking for a large, spacious, and comfortable MPV that can accommodate up to nine people, offer a smooth and quiet electric drive, and provide a range of features and technologies to enhance your productivity and safety. You might want to check out the new Citroen e-SpaceTourer.

The e-SpaceTourer is based on the popular SpaceTourer van, with a modern and sleek design reflecting the new Citroen identity. It is available in two trim levels: Feel & Shine for private individuals and Business & Business Lounge for professionals. Both versions come with a choice of battery sizes: 50 kWh or 75 kWh, depending on your needs and preferences.

Now, we will take a closer look at what makes the e-SpaceTourer stand out from the crowd of electric MPVs, how it compares to its rivals in the market, and what are some of the key features and benefits you can expect from this versatile vehicle.

What is the e-SpaceTourer?

The e-SpaceTourer is a compact MPV that offers a tailored solution for professionals who need a lot of space, comfort, and flexibility. It can seat up to nine people in three lengths: XS (4.60 m), M (4.95 m), or XL (5.30 m). The interior layout can be customized according to your needs, with sliding side doors that allow easy access to all car parks.

The e-SpaceTourer is powered by an electric motor that delivers 134 hp and 260 Nm of torque. It has a 50 kWh battery pack that provides a WLTP range of up to 143 miles (230 km) or 330 km with the optional 75 kWh battery pack. It can be recharged in half an hour using a 100 kW fast charger or in seven and a half hours using a home wallbox.

The e-SpaceTourer has three driving modes: Eco, Normal, and Power. Eco mode reduces the power output and limits the air conditioning and heating. Normal mode offers the optimum balance of range and performance. Power mode increases the available output for overtaking or acceleration.

The e-SpaceTourer also has two energy recovery modes: Standard and Enhanced. Standard mode offers a similar drive to a conventional engine by recovering energy during braking or coasting. Enhanced mode maximizes the effect of regenerative braking by increasing deceleration when releasing the accelerator pedal.

The e-SpaceTourer has four finish levels: Feel & Shine for private individuals; Business & Business Lounge for professionals; Business & Business Lounge Plus for larger groups; Business & Business Lounge Premium for VIPs. Each level has different features, such as leather seats, a panoramic sunroof, a head-up display, a top rear vision camera, an active safety brake system, an automatic main-beam switching system, a wireless charging pad, an ambient lighting system, etc.
