The new Volkswagen ID3 takes quality and style to the next level. Volkswagen has paid attention to what its customers have said and put many of their ideas into action. Sustainability is still a priority, as shown by the fact that the car is made in a way that doesn't produce any carbon dioxide and has no materials from animals inside.
This spring, Volkswagen will show off the new ID3, which will be the next step in how the ID family has grown. Currently, the Volkswagen ID3 is made in Germany at factories in Zwickau and Dresden. Next year, Volkswagen's main factory in Wolfsburg will be added to the production network, which will make it bigger. This is to meet the high demand from customers for the small electric car.
"The new Volkswagen ID3 shows how much we care about quality, design, and the environment." Imelda Labbe, a board member at Volkswagen in charge of sales, marketing, and service market, says that the design has evolved.
Customers have given the development team several ideas for improving the car and the equipment that comes with it.
"The needs of our customers are always the most important thing to us. Labbe says that's why we pay close attention to what they say and work hard to ensure our product line fits their needs."
The 2023 Volkswagen ID3 electric car will have the latest generation of software, which improves system performance and can get updates over the Internet. A 12-inch (30.5 cm) infotainment display, a cargo floor that can be taken out, and a center console with two cup holders are now part of the standard equipment.
The new Volkswagen ID3 makes charging even easier and more convenient with features like "Plug & Charge" and "intelligent route planner." Volkswagen uses the latest generation of fully integrated assistance systems in the ID3, like the optional "Travel Assist with cloud data" and "Park Assist Plus with memory function."
"Part of Volkswagen's mission is to offer cutting-edge technology and new ideas for all models, even small cars. The Volkswagen ID3 is a good example of this, especially regarding the new comfort and safety features. With cloud data in the latest version of Travel Assist, we're taking the next step toward automated driving," Kai Grünitz, a member of the Volkswagen board in charge of development, explains.
