The flying car is a Dutch two seat hybrid car and gyro-plane. The manufacturer its a dutch company called PAL-V, which successfully tested their flying car PAL-V 1 and it will appear at this 2012 New York International Auto Show.
PAL-V ONE is slim, aerodynamic and accelerates like a sports car, 0 to 60 mph in 8seconds.
The flying car is powered by a 230 hp engine and it has a maximum speed of 112mph. The PAL-V ONE has a 750 miles range.

The PAL-V ONE flying car normally flies beneath 4,000 feet so there will be no interference from commercial air traffic. [ via PAL-V ]
