Available in just 4,500 units across Europe, the Ranger Thunder is presenting an exclusive interior and level of comfort similar to that of an SUV, in addition to the generous loading and towing capacity. Selling price: 45,910 euros including VAT.
Powered by the 2.0-liter Bi-Turbo Ford EcoBlue diesel engine, which delivers 213 hp (157 kW) and 500 Nm of torque, the Ford Ranger Thunder features a standard 10-speed automatic transmission, allowing for a smooth gear change and performance without effort both on the road and off-road.
Derived from the well-known Ranger Wildtrak series, the Ranger Thunder combines top specifications with optimized loading and towing capacity and all-wheel drive.
The new Ford Ranger Thunder pickup truck is equipped with 18-inch black alloy wheels and features Ebony Black inserts on the front grille, rear bumper, engine shield, fog lamp frames, dump load bars and door handles. LED headlights and fog lights with a black outline are also standard equipment. Ranger Thunder includes a tipper cover and a black tipper roller.
The comfortable and special-looking interior offers Ebony leather seats with red embroidery and distinctive stitching on the steering wheel, seats, dashboard and key points in the passenger compartment. Black floor mats are also standard.
Ford's 10-speed automatic transmission offers proven performance and a level of durability similar to that of the Ford F-150 pickup and Ford Mustang. It features a wide range of transmission ratios and a real-time gear change program, allowing you to select the optimal gear for performance or fuel-efficiency.
Ford Ranger Thunder has an all-wheel-drive system designed to improve the off-road driving skills of the vehicle and smooth fuel consumption, starting at 9.1 litres of diesel at 100 km and CO2 emissions of 239 g / km.
