The fourth generation of Skoda's extraordinarily spacious and popular mini car comes with four different petrol engines, comprehensive standard equipment, sharp prices, and a 3-year service and repair subscription.
A new competition is planned in the mini-car class when the new Skoda Fabia arrives in March. Prices start at only 21,400 euros, including a service and repair subscription for three years / 45,000 km.

The new Skoda Fabia is also ready to bite the mid-range cars in the rear bumper, for it has become 111 mm longer and 48 mm wider, so it is now 4,108 mm long and 1,780 mm wide as the wheelbase has been increased by 94 mm to 2,564 mm.
Skoda's usual sense of utilization every millimeter provides one of the most spacious cars in its class with plenty of space in the cabin and the trunk. Thus, the luggage compartment has grown by 50 liters so that it now holds 380 liters - as big as in some middle-class cars - and if you fold the rear seat forward, there is a full 1,190 liters.
All that space is standard in a Skoda Fabia Active 1.0 MPI 65 hp for 21,400 euros - together with 5-star safety and proper equipment. For example, the security assistant systems include front Assist with extended protection for pedestrians and cyclists, Lane Assist, fatigue detection, and six airbags. But in addition, the cheapest FABIA also has:
- LED headlights.
- A Swing infotainment system with a 6.5-inch touch screen and Apple CarPlay.
- 2-way multifunction leather steering wheel.
- 2 USB-C ports in the center console.
- Air conditioning.
- Cruise control with speed limiter.
- Electric side mirrors with heat and tinted side mirrors and door handle.
If you want even more equipment - and a stronger engine - the next equipment level is Ambition, which starts with a 1.0 TSI engine with 95 hp for 25,500 euros:
- Three more airbags (9 in total)
- 15-inch Rotary alloy wheels (16-inch Proxima Aero alloy wheels on 1.5 TSI)
- Climatronic air conditioning with two zones
- Bolero infotainment system with 8-inch touch screen and six speakers
- Rear parking sensor
- Armrests with Jumbo Box and umbrella in the driver's door
The Skoda Fabia Style 1.0 TSI 110 hp, which costs 29,500 euros, has the most advanced equipment: 16-inch Proximo Aero alloy wheels, adaptive cruise control, digital cockpit, LED ambient lighting in the cabin, keyless start/stop, dark-tinted rear windows, and light assistant with rain sensor.
