Ford car owners will no longer have to move to car service every time they encounter a problem. The US builder has launched a mobile car service that aims to resolve everything on the move, maximizing the satisfaction of customers.
The Mobil Ford service involves the provision of basic equipment with the basic equipment needed to solve some minor malfunctions in the automotive sphere, such as replacing a wheel or recharging a battery. So when the owner of a Ford car reports a problem, the technicians will go on the spot to fix the situation, whether the incident is happening in the client's yard or on the public road.

Currently, mobile service operates only in California, but the manufacturer plans to extend its reach to several US states. If the program turns out to be a success, then the strategy will probably be implemented later in Europe as well.
