The Kia EV9 is a roomy, elegant, and environmentally friendly electric SUV that can accommodate your entire family and more. This is Kia's first three-row electric SUV, bringing new ideas, design, and technology to the industry and spearheading the brand's rapid transformation to a sustainable mobility provider in the electrified era.

The Kia EV9 is built on the ground-breaking Electric Global Modular Platform (E-GMP), which allows for a stylish and roomy cabin, a long wheelbase, and a low center of gravity. The EV9 provides sporty performance, which is complemented by an all-electric range of over 541 kilometers. The battery pack can be recharged with enough juice to power the car for 239 km in just 15 minutes thanks to its ultra-fast 800-volt charging capacity.

The Kia EV9 also has various technological innovations that set it apart from the competition. One of these is the Highway Driving Pilot (HDP) technology, which will be available in the Kia EV9 GT-line and enable conditional Level 3 autonomous driving in certain markets. This means that on highways, the EV9 can take over steering, accelerating, and braking while monitoring road conditions and informing the driver when it is time to restore control. This can help to reduce driver tiredness and improve safety on long journeys.

Another new feature is the Kia Connect Shop, which allows consumers to purchase digital features and services on demand, allowing them to select the items they want while continuously improving the EV9's capability with Over-the-Air (OTA) updates at any time. Customers can, for example, purchase accessories from the company's Connect Store to improve the grille's lighting pattern or add a "Boost" that provides extra torque for better acceleration. The EV9 also supports ultra-wideband digital keys, allowing you to unlock and start your vehicle with your smartphone.

The Kia EV9 is not only smart but also environmentally responsible. It is made from recyclable and sustainable materials such as vegan leather seats, bio-based plastics, and natural wool carpeting. It also has a solar panel fitted into the hood that can create extra power for the battery. The EV9 combines a strong SUV attitude with EV capabilities.

The Kia EV9 will be on sale in various countries in the second half of 2023, with pre-orders in South Korea beginning this spring. It will be offered in four different configurations: RWD Long Range with a 99.8kWh battery and a 150kW motor; RWD Standard Range with a 76.1kWh battery and a 160kW motor; AWD Long Range with a 99.8kWh battery and a dual-motor 283kW powerplant; and AWD Standard Range with a 76.1kWh battery and a dual-motor 230kW powerplant.
