The 2024 Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid Coupe with GT Package: A Plug-in Hybrid SUV with 729 Horsepower

2024 Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid Coupe with GT Package

Porsche has always been a pioneer in the field of hybrid technology, combining performance and efficiency in its sports cars and SUVs. The latest example of this is the 2024 Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid Coupe with GT Package, which is the most powerful and exclusive version of the Porsche Cayenne Coupe yet. It is also the most eco-friendly option for urban drivers, thanks to its impressive electric range and quick charging time.

Power and Performance

The Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid Coupe is a plug-in hybrid SUV that combines a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with an electric motor to produce a staggering 729 horsepower and 700 pound-feet of torque. This makes it the most powerful Cayenne ever, surpassing the previous Turbo S E-Hybrid model that had 670 horsepower and 663 pound-feet of torque.

The Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid Coupe can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 183 mph, making it one of the fastest SUVs on the market. It also has an impressive electric range of up to 46 miles, thanks to a larger 25.9-kWh battery pack that can be fully charged in less than 2.5 hours using an 11-kW on-board charger.

The Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid Coupe is not only powerful but also agile and comfortable, thanks to its adaptive air suspension system that features new two-chamber, two-valve technology. This allows for separate adjustability of both compression and rebound settings, resulting in a wider range of driving modes from Comfort to Sport Plus. The suspension also reduces dive and squat motions when accelerating and braking, enhancing stability and handling.

The Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid Coupe also comes with Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus) as standard, which distributes torque between the rear wheels for optimal traction and cornering performance. Optional features include Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC), which reduces body roll by using active anti-roll bars, and rear-axle steering, which improves maneuverability and agility by turning the rear wheels in the opposite or same direction as the front wheels, depending on the speed.

  • A carbon fiber roof that reduces weight and lowers the center of gravity
  • A carbon fiber rear diffuser that improves aerodynamics and enhances the rear appearance
  • A sport exhaust system with black tailpipes that produces a more distinctive sound

The Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid Coupe with GT Package also features red brake calipers, HD-Matrix Design LED headlights, brushed aluminum dual exhaust outlets, and a “Turbo E-Hybrid” logo on the front doors.

Luxury and Technology

The interior of the Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid Coupe with GT Package is equally luxurious and sporty, featuring:

  • A Race-Tex headliner that adds a premium touch and reduces noise
  • A heated GT Sport steering wheel that offers a better grip and more direct feedback
  • An aluminum door and dash trim that creates a high-quality ambiance

  • A 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system that offers intuitive access to various functions and features
  • A new 15-watt air-conditioned wireless charging pad that keeps your smartphone cool and charged

The Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid Coupe with GT Package also offers a range of advanced driver assistance systems, such as:

  • Adaptive cruise control with the stop-and-go function that maintains a safe distance from the vehicle ahead
  • Lane-keeping assist with traffic sign recognition, helps you stay in your lane and obey speed limits
