The new Renault Megane Sport Tourer Plug-in hybrid has a 9.8 kWh battery (400v) and the new E-TECH engine that delivers 160 hp. With the Megane Sport Tourer Plug-in hybrid the whole family can go on long trips with fuel consumption of only 0.13 l / mile, but also drive 100% electrically for up to 65 km (WLTP).
The spacious station wagon is packed with advanced technologies with a focus on energy recovery, equipment, and comfort. E-TECH Plug-in technology was developed by Renault engineers and includes over 150 patents. Components created by the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance are used in the new generation of a 1.6-liter 4-cylinder petrol engine with two electric motors and the innovative multi-mode gearbox. The clutchless gearbox is very efficient and practical with barely detectable gear changes.

The new plug-in hybrid comes also with three distinct driving settings (MySense, PureMode, and SportMode), 750 kg trailer weight, 10.2-inch digital driver display, 9.3-inch multimedia system, navigation, and smartphone mirroring, 8 ambient lighting colours, hands-free parking.
