Citroën is launching in China, and probably for Southeast Asia, the C3L, an improved sedan that is inspired by the C3-XR urban SUV.

Using the front design of the recently restyled C3-XR with regard to the grille, shield and lights, the C3L has an increased length of 4505mm, keeps the same width of 1748mm as well as the wheelbase of 2655mm.

The Citroën C3L is equipped with a 1.2-liter three-cylinder engine producing 116hp and 190Nm of torque, called 19THP in China, connected to a six-speed automatic transmission.

The new Citroën C3L will have a price starting at around 110,000 yuan ($15,595).
