The Ford GT MK II has been designed giving free rein to sports creativity, in a super limited edition! Ford and Multimatic have unveiled the new Ford GT MK II, a limited-edition, which inaugurates a new level of performance for the Ford GT.
With a power of 700hp, a 3.5 EcoBoost engine, aerodynamics and race handling, the GT MK II was jointly developed by Ford Performance and Multimatic.

The GT MK II unleashes the full potential of the Ford GT supercar without any limitation dictated by the racing sanctioning bodies. It is the supercar that is closest to the performance of the Le Mans-winning Ford GT, and allows you to experience emotions very similar to those experienced in the race.
With a limited edition of only 45 units and a starting list price of around 1.2 million dollars, the GT MK II is added to the line-up of the Oval Blue supercars, along with the GT racing winners of the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2016 and the Ford GT supercar.

Built in Markham, Ontario, the MK II comes to life in the main factory dedicated to the Ford GT, before being transferred to a specialized Multimatic Motorsports facility where it is transformed into the Ford GT Mk II.
The Ford GT Mk II is the result of aerodynamic and engine improvements and shares distinctive features with both the road GT supercar and the racing GT. Many of its components have been tested on the track.
The Ford GT Mk II is equipped with the 3.5 EcoBoost engine that powers both the Ford GT racing car and the road version, but since the Mk II does not have to make the limitations of any sanctioning body, it is able to generate 200Hp more than the race version, making the Mk II the most powerful version ever of the Ford GT. The 3.5 EcoBoost is paired with the same seven-speed dual-clutch transmission from the road-going Ford GT, but specifically calibrated for the track.
The Mk II offers superior braking performance over racing GTs, using the road car's carbon ceramic brakes, including Brembo front brakes with 15.5'' and rear 14.1'' brakes. The exclusive 19'' forged aluminum wheels are combined with Michelin Pilot Sport GT race tires.
