We told you about Renault's projects in the electrical sector for the next decade. Now, the French automaker joins the words to the act. After having renewed its Zoe, Renault is actively preparing the inauguration of its small city car Twingo ZE which will suddenly have a completely electric engine. It should land at dealerships by the end of the current year.
Introduced in March, the electric Twingo never ceases to be talked about. It may indeed be one of the firm's next bestsellers. In particular because of its technical qualification and its pricing positioning, which should break the market.
The Renault Twingo ZE should be on the market by the end of the current year. A price lower than 20,000 euros is mentioned. The goal is to allow the electric Twingo to compete, or even win in the bud the competition against the Skoda Citigo-e and VW e-Up.
