After saying that a new light commercial van would be coming out in 2023, Fiat has confirmed that it will add another new product to its line-up. This time, the brand's utility line will have even more power and efficiency thanks to the new Fiat Ducato, a model that will come out in the first half of next year with new versions and changes to its design.
Fiat has everything when it comes to light commercial vehicles. And it's easy to see why since the brand has been a leader in its market for over ten years. It has a strong sense of tradition and trust. And, of course, the Fiat Ducato is a part of this incredible story. It will get a makeover next year to keep going in the right direction. The new light commercial van will work well, have innovative space, be very productive, and have a tremendous cost-to-benefit ratio.
"The market for light commercial vehicles has always been vital to Fiat. So important that we are putting more and more money into it. This year, we came out with the Scudo, a medium van that can be used for many different things. The Fiat e-Scudo electric minivan, the longest range in its class, was the first in our line of electric utility vehicles. We also put Fiat Professional, a set of products, services, and solutions designed to give professional customers the best service possible. When the new Fiat Ducato comes out in 2023, it will add to this segment," says Herlander Zola, the senior vice president of Fiat in South America.
Today, the Fiat Ducato is offered in cargo and passenger transport versions, with a 2.3 diesel engine that delivers 130 hp. However, these numbers may change as the manufacturer mentioned a performance improvement.
