The Ford Ranger Raptor T1+ is based on the production version of the Ford Ranger Raptor, Ford's high-performance pickup truck that combines a powerful engine, a robust chassis, and a sophisticated suspension system. The Ranger Raptor T1+ takes these attributes to the next level with extensive modifications to meet the demands of the Dakar Rally.
The Ford Ranger Raptor T1+ features a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine that produces over 400 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque. The engine is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and a four-wheel drive system with a locking rear differential. The vehicle also has a custom-built roll cage, a reinforced body, and a racing fuel cell.
