The new Opel Astra is now in its sixth generation. Opel continues the current lineup with the new Opel Mokka, Astra's brother model. An exciting and dynamic design has been combined with cutting-edge technology to create a vehicle that exudes the engineering spirit of Germany.
The Opel Astra is undeniably a timeless vehicle. So Opel is ecstatic to finally unveil the sixth version of this model, which is bold, athletic, and offers plenty of fun behind the wheel.
The new Opel Astra will be offered as a plug-in hybrid with a combination electric and gasoline engine that produces 180 hp. It will be capable of running only on electric power for up to 60 kilometers before switching to the hybrid mode for longer excursions. A gasoline engine producing 130 hp and an automatic transmission with eight different gear ratios are also available for this model.
The new Opel Astra will be available in two different trim levels from Opel. The new Astra GS Line is available as a fully loaded entry-level model and a fully loaded Astra Ultimate model with all you want and a little more. In addition, both the gasoline-powered and the plug-in hybrid versions provide customizable levels of standard and optional equipment.
The new Opel Astra is available with 130 hp, an automatic transmission, and the GS Line equipment level for 33,200 euros. This configuration is provided as the entry-level model. The Opel Astra plug-in hybrid with the GS Line trim level and 180 hp is available for 38,900 euros.
