McLaren Racing launched its 2020 Formula 1 season this Thursday. Unlike Renault, the client team from Losange fully showed the real MCL35, the third the British structure to receive a block developed by Viry-Châtillon. As for Renault, its presence remains similar to that of previous years.
McLaren-Renault was one of the revelations of the 2019 season, with a remarkable performance sanctioned by a podium and a fourth place in the constructors' classification.
The MCL35 is positioned as a good development in MCL34 competitiveness and can count on a young and efficient duo of pilots, with Carlos Sainz Jr and Lando Norris always in charge.

Already performing last year, the more robust Renault Power Unit is expected to propel the British car one last time, before giving way to Mercedes in 2021. A closing year that we hope will be successful.
